All For Him
Main Scripture: Colossians 3:17
I love to sing for God. I sing in the kitchen, the shower, and the car! I even make up my own silly songs. I think they’re great, but I know I’ll never get a record deal.
I know I’m not a great singer and there’s probably a lot of people that would agree with that. But that’s ok, because the only ears I care about are God’s.
Sometimes we don’t serve Him because we feel unworthy but know this: It’s not the sound of the voice, but the condition of the heart.
Colossians 3:17 says, “Whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the Name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.”
God doesn’t expect us to be a professional. He just wants and deserves our praise and love.
So, don’t be afraid to serve Him. Just do your best and that’s all He wants. Even if you sing off key, you’ll sound like an angel to Him!
